General Information

The Tigers Unlimited ticket priority program is based on cumulative giving and loyalty. In other words, the program is based on your overall contribution level to athletics and how many years you have been in the program consecutively. Donors' seat location(s) are not improved automatically. Should you desire to improve your ticket location, you must renew your TUF football contribution by the March 1 deadline in order to participate in the online seat selection process during the month of April. You will have the opportunity to select different seats based both upon your TUF Football priority and available seating inventory.

When you receive your seat selection time slot, you will need to select seat locations for your new/added seats. If locations near your current seats are available, you will have the opportunity to select them. If you desire to find locations that allow all of your seats to be together, you will need to select your new seats and move your current seats during your seat selection time slot.

Tickets obtained from sources other than the Auburn Athletics Ticket Office could be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and, if so, may be seized and canceled without compensation. The Auburn Athletics Department reserves the unrestricted right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase price.

The Auburn Athletics Department reserves the unrestricted right to refund any portion of the order due to lack of availability of tickets. Deposit of your payment is NOT a guarantee that tickets are available to fill your order.

Auburn athletics tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Auburn Athletics Department.

Donor Agreement
Donors agree to adhere to and abide by rules and regulations concerning intercollegiate athletics determined by the NCAA, SEC, and Auburn University. 

Should questions arise concerning the various rules and regulations, donors acknowledge that they should contact the athletics department compliance office. 

Donors agree that should they be found by the NCAA or the University to have violated, knowingly or without regard for the same, rules or regulations they may be dissociated from the University, athletic program, and its activities. Donors can be expelled as a member of Tigers Unlimited and will forfeit all benefits and privileges thereunto (including the right to receive priority season tickets and parking at specified athletic events) until the end of the period of dissociation and subsequent reinstatement by Tigers Unlimited.

Ticket Transfer Policy
Tigers Unlimited Fund contributors' tickets and priority can only be transferred to their spouse at the time of death. The tickets and priority cannot be passed down to future generations.
  
Auburn Executive Suite holders' seats and priority can only be transferred to their spouse at the time of death. If there is no surviving spouse, the suite seats may be transferred to surviving children of the deceased donor. The priority of the deceased suite holder will not transfer to the surviving children. 
  
Scholarship seats and priority of Tigers Unlimited Scholarship Donors can be transferred to their spouse at the time of death. If there is no surviving spouse, the scholarship seats may be transferred to surviving children of the deceased donor. The priority of the deceased Scholarship Donor will not transfer to the surviving children. 
  
Executive Suite holders and Scholarship Donors with TUF Zone seats can transfer their TUF Zone seats to a surviving spouse ONLY. TUF Zone seats cannot be passed down to future generations.

Ticket Resale Policy
Tickets purchased for the sole purpose of resale may be canceled at the discretion of the Auburn Athletic Department.
